You may still have an advert awaiting payment. The status column must be paid. Instructions on how to do this are shown within your home page when you log in
Why cant I add more than two cars that I'm interested in?
In order to avoid excessive usage, we have limited the number of free messages that are sent out as alerts.
I have credit on my phone but for some reason I have not received anything.
In most cases the networks will deliver the premium rate sms fairly quickly, usually within 5 mins but you may on some occasions have to wait up to an hour depending on network traffic. You should also bear in mind the networks like network 3, impose a premium rate spend limit and will fail to deliver even though you have sufficient credit. Every customer has different spend limits so it's up to the customer to check with their respective network providers.
I don't have enough credit to pay for listing. What happens?
Your advert will not go live nor will you be contacted should their be a suitable match.
I forgot my credit was less than £10 and have only received the one billed message to pay for my advert.
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for partial payments. In some cases if you top up within a couple hours, the network will try to resend the final billed message in order for your advert to go live. However, each network is different and this cannot be guaranteed.
How much does it cost to advertise?
It costs £10 per car advert. We only accept payment via premium rate sms only. Its quick and safe guards against credit card fraud. Service currently available in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
I'm looking for a particular vehicle. Will I be charged for any messages?
We only charge users who are selling their vehicles. All alerts we send are FREE.
